ABOUT

Axesent (accent) AKA Axe - Japan based Australian Automotive artist, Benny Maxwell.

Born in late 70s Australia, I grew up in automotive workshops throughought the 80s. My father was a mechanic who served his apprenticeship in the early 1950s and later ran a full-service station and workshop, where I spent most afternoons throughout my school years.
That early exposure to mechanical work and fabrication naturally led to an interest in drawing and design, with cars and motorcycles as the focus from an early age.
